FRIDAY, AUGUST 2nd - FRIDAY, AUGUST 9TH
A virtual race can be run (or walked!) anytime and anywhere during Friday, August 2 - Friday, August 9, even indoors on a treadmill. Maybe you plan your race route around your neighborhood, favorite trail or within the comforts of your own home – you set your own course! New this year: Race times can be submitted to Gopher State Events online
Participants are encouraged to use Personal Fitness Trackers:
Fitness trackers ideas: Fitbit/Apple/Garmin watches.
Free cellphone app ideas: Pacer, Map My Run, Fitbit, or RunKeeper
